Pick the session type / location, and duration that suits you best.
2. Select a Date & Time
Choose a time slot that fits your schedule.
3. Fill in Your Details
Enter your name and complete any required forms.
4. Create Your Account
After booking, you can set up an account with a password to easily view, reschedule, or manage your bookings.
Important Info
New Clients:
First time booking? Choose a New Client Intro Session to complete your Terms & Conditions and Medical Form. Once that’s done, you’re good to go with regular sessions.
Payments:
Bring your debit or credit card to your first session, or request a SumUp payment link to pay online afterwards.
We can also arrange a block payment link tailored to your goals.
Block Booking Expiry:
Please use your sessions within:
• 5 sessions – 1.5 months
• 10 sessions – 3 months
• 20 sessions – 6 months
Cancellations:
Need to cancel? Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Booking Policy:
Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis due to high demand.
